If you aren’t happy with your order when it arrives then you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund 14 days after receipt (this excludes custom items which are approved before postage by client and not eligible for returns unless damaged).

Yes all hand-lettering and illustrations are created by Helen as well as all pattern and product designing.

We aren't perfect but it's really important to us and all of our products are created with the environment in mind. Recycled and renewable materials are used as well as biodegradable packaging. If you think we can be doing more then please get in touch as Helen is always open to new ideas.
